![]() ![]() I can manually adjust the RGB values there, so I'd rather just calibrate it through that than deal with Asus. Perhaps I should call Asus about this, but I have noticed that the "user mode" color profile looks normal. My brother got the VH236H at the same time I got this monitor, and his sRGB mode looks like it should. in the F55000 series, however the TVs color accuracy is very good. sRGB is supposed to look good, but it is too pink-ish. F5500 Calibration Notes: The following picture settings will work well in medium to. The same goes for sRGB, which is really odd. For example, warm is overly pink looking. Not only are they overly dull looking (more so than they should be), but they put a nasty color tint to the picture. Once again, if you decide to adjust this setting yourself, use a blue filter. Like the color setting, this is almost always correct by default, so there’s no need to adjust it yourself. In fact, all of the color profiles (cool, natural, warm, and sRGB) look awful. This setting adjusts the amount of red and green tint to the image on the TV. Now, I'd set it in sRGB mode, but sRGB mode looks awful on this monitor. I'm not too good at doing that by eye, so I was wondering if there was a way to do it with the color filters people normally use when adjusting TVs (because I do have those). I've got the brightness and contrast set where they should be, but now I need to adjust the RGB colors. Set color using test patterns but also trust your eye and look for accurate flesh tones.
